By booking our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that access to the premises will be available at the scheduled time.

Scope of Work

Pest control results may vary depending on infestation level, hygiene conditions, and structural factors. Follow-up treatments may be required in some cases.

Safety & Responsibility

• Clients must follow all safety instructions provided
• Children, pets, and food items should be secured
• We are not responsible for issues caused by non-compliance

Payments & Pricing

All prices are agreed upon before service delivery. Payments must be completed as per the agreed method and timeline.

Cancellations

Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.

Liability

Khor Khuwair Pest Control Service shall not be held liable for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or misuse of treated areas.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
